Hunt and Hess Stroke Scale
While reviewing a stroke victim's chart, you may run across something called the Hunt and Hess Stroke Scale. This is one of the scales a provider may use to evaluate/grade the clinical condition of a patient following a subarachnoid hemorrhage.
