California Hospital Sued By Patients Waiting for Livers
According to this article, patients filed suit Monday against UCI Medical Center in Orange County alleging negligence, fraud and conspiracy associated with the hospital's liver transplant program. The suit alleges that offers of livers were turned away while patients languised and died. If the allegations prove to be true, this is tragic.
