Rebecca Blair
I am a shareholder of Branham & Day. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to medical malpractice cases. I also represent client's in other types of cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and commercial litigation. I lecture frequently on civil litigation matters including trial practice and the use of technology in and out of the courtroom. I am an Associate Editor of the Tennessee Tort Law Letter. I serve on the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and New Lawyers Division of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. I am a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
I am local to Middle Tennessee. I grew up on a dairy farm in Williamson County, Tennessee, approximately thirty miles south of Nashville. I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for College and Law School...GO VOLS. After law school, I returned home to practice law and raise a family. My husband, Tim, and I are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, not yet two years old.
